「This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. 」

「Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.」

「Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. 「Stayed at Cedar Cove in late October. Owners were very hospitable and the beach was clean and quiet. Was only going to spend one night but decided to spend an extra night on our way back from Bean Point. Loved the small laid back feel of the property. 」

「The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Karen at the front desk! The room was spacious and very comfortable for myself and my two children. The beds were very comfortable also. The breakfast was very nice and had things my whole family enjoyed.
