Le staff d'entretien parlent fort dans les corridors même tôt le matin alors que nous dormons, les portes de chambres n'ont pas de grains et claquent, vieux tapis tachés et moisissures dans les joints du bain. Mais tout etait propre et le personnel est très courtois.

Merci d'avoir sauvé notre séjour à Roberva!

Suite à une très mauvaise expérience avec un autre Hôtel de la région, nous avons réservé ici à la dernière minute et quelle belle surprise!! Nous avons été recu avec un service à la clientèle au delà des attentes! La piscine était magnifique, propre et il y avait des serviettes pour toute la famille. Le spa était bien ,cependant, les jets ne fonctionnaient pas lors de notre passage. La chambre était propre et spacieuse! Nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel et avons bien aimé nos repas! Je tiens à souligner le Monsieur à l'accueuil et la Dame du restaurant qui avaient une joie de vivre contagieuse!! C'était magnifique de voir le Monseur danser à l'accueuil et plus tard au restaurant! Merci d'avoir sauver notre séjour à Robervale! Prochaine visite nous réserverons directement ici sans faute!

J’ai rarement soumit de commentaires pour un hôtel mais cette fois-ci, honnêtement.. L’hôtel est désuet, j’avais réservé à cause de la piscine et elle était vide, la 1ere chambre qu’on m’a donné avait des restes de nourriture sur la table au fond de la chambre, la 2e avait une mouche morte, quasi pas d’oreillers, résiduts rose dans le coin du bain, l’ascenseur qui tombe en panne..c’est vieux..ca prend des rénos massives. À 159$ la chambre lit queen même pas lit king, vieu divan..overpriced en maudit. Désolé du review mais il fallait bien le dire.

Propre et un peu défraîchi. Chambre humide et sent le chlore a cause de la piscine intérieure je pense. Ventillation dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et bcp de vapeur à chaque douche. Pas de champo ni conditionneur. La pomme de douche arrose partout. Pas extra comme expérience

After 3 nights, i went for breakfast somewhere else, since was always the same things at breakfast. They had an amazing ham but i tried to comment about that to my waitress that the mustard were absolutly horrible and having an ham that good but spoil by a terrible mustard, they should just have a good mustard and that’s it. She didn’t understand what i was saying. It’s like buy a Ferrari but when you got it, you realised they put tires from a Honda Civic, not the same experience. First night, i had to wait 40 minutes, between my amazing onion soup and a cesar salad. When youre alone at a table, 40 min it’s a lot. Employees at the restaurant were sympatics, smiling, even when they were busy. Quality of the Wifi was poor, very poor. I couldn’t use my phone data, since the signal was very low inside the hotel. I had to get out of the hôtel to send sms. I know well the hotel from this company. Hotel du Jardin, were i went few times and also petit manoir du Casino, always satisfied in these other places. First time a have quite a lot of comments to do. But, my comments are constructives, a way to help them to improved, not to cause them troubles. Even my comments, i have to go for work in this area and i will go back to that hotel.
