「Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.」

「This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.」

「I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels.」

「Internet was very spotty, had to sign in early time I turned it on and wait, then get knocked off.Toiletries were all ( 5 of them) empty, was told they were back ordered. Bathroom and kitchen area was clean. Bed was comfy.」

「I got into my room and unpacked, I have mobility issues and while I don't require an accessible room, this room was ridiculous. The door was way too heavy and it was a struggle to open it every time. I got into the shower only to find a dirty washcloth inside which meant it hadn't been cleaned, then later discovered the trash hadn't been emptied. I complained at the front desk and they offered to move me rooms however I was already unpacked and in too much pain to pack up again so they offered...
