9/10 Wonderful! (3,361 reviews)
Property was very clean and staff was very helpful. Location in Hell’s Kitchen was convenient to everything in Times Square. Free breakfast had numerous hot and cold options. Pay attention to the RIU location that you book because there are two properties in the area.

This hotel was fantastic. Everything was so seamless and everybody was very helpful. The rooms are a little small, but they are very nicely updated and well cleaned.
