「Otel cok yeni ve cok temiz. Personel cok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle otelin Novotel ile bağlantılı oluşu fiyat performans konusunda çok üst düzeyde olmasını sağlıyor. Restoran harika, kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve gym imkanlari cok iyi. Kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacagim.」

「Malgré le charme que cet hôtel comporte, le service est inexistant, du personnel partout, mais inactif et inefficace. Piscine à l'abandon, pas de produits basiques dans les chambres, tel le savon, shampoing, papier toilette... il faut constamment réclamer, et c'est pas gagné... on se demande vraiment s'il y a un pilote dans l'avion...」

「Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I...

「Que dire... inacceptable à ce tarif !! Les chambres sont trés bryuantes, juste au dessus d un bar/disco avec musique jusque 3h du matin. Le fenetres ferment mal. Les photos ne correpondent pas à la réalité, le restaurant et le bar inexistants, la propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer, le bain à remous n est pas en état, la sauna est rempli du materiel de nettoyage de piscine. Le seul point positif, le personnel symp. Bref à éviter !!」

「This place is a scam and doesn't exist. We showed up to the address that was given and we couldn't find the building. After looking for a while and asking people, no one seems to know of its existence. We called the number listed on the post, someone answered and told us they would come get us in 5 min, then they shot off their phone and let us stay in the streets for 2 hours, until we were forced to book another hotel on the fly. 」
