「The lodge is in the middle of nowhere. If you like that kind of thing, you will love it. Food is a long way away so eat before you go in or carry some groceries with you. You can use the kitchen. 」

「This was a first for me, I had never stayed in a B&B before. The breakfast was great. I did like you had an option of the room with a bathroom and one without. I’m glad we picked the one with because on the second night someone was in the other room and they were noisy and dropping a lot of items on the floor and shutting the door loudly. I will not score this B&B low because it’s not their fault. This is a lovely place if you like B&B. Thanks for the experience. 」

「We reached Lubec at 8:30; All restaurants close early in this coastal town. Inn At the Wharf - made a salad for us even though the restaurant is closed. The staff is friendly and the views are amazing. Try to be there for the sunset and sunrise. Eastern most tip (West Quoddy Head Lighthouse is 3.5 miles away from this hotel.」
