The room was fine. Wish there was a chair or 2 on the balcony. The staff was ok. I was disappointed however when we didn't receive our breakfast vouchers right away and they had no parking passes at the desk. The pool area was not nice. The general state of cleanliness was poor. At a glance it was okay, then you notice. Any corner was dirty, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, knives and silver had food residue, the microwave was full of crumbs. The rooms were smaller than the photos depict, no surprise there.
