"Total scam on the shuttle. The shuttle is only for national flights and they don’t disclose this. We waited for an hour in the freezing cold and sleet, and the shuttle never showed up because they don’t have one for international flights. which is not disclosed so you just wait until you freeze so much you have to get your own ride. I finally took a lift to get to the quality Inn. when I got there, I asked to be reimbursed for my Lyft ride because the shuttle never
up, A young lady at the at the front desk who claimed to be the manager, extremely rude and in a nasty tone, said it’s only for national flights and since I’booked with a third-party on Expedia, it was Expedia fault for not telling me there was no international shuttle.It is really bait and switch. microwave in the room was so old it barely functioned. strange sound coming from the sink area that woke us up. Couldn’t find what the sound was coming from around the sink area, loud tapping noise. do yourself a favor don’t go to this hotel, it’s cheap but by the time you pay for the transportation that you thought was free, you could’ve stayed at a nicer place with a real shuttle service, and not be scammed by a rude so called manager. on the plus side other staff was kind and polite. And if you’re just looking for a cheap one night stay before you catch a national flight probably not a bad deal. but if you’re flying International stay away from this place."
