"There is 4 parking spots on the property, but they aren't for guests? I parked in one of the three open and was called to move my car because it was the owner's spot. I was told to take it to paid parking. Room was amazing however. Water pressure in the shower was great."

Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. "It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel. Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"

"We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities. The staff lovely although not too comfortable with English which is fine of course. We particularly...
