Great location. Free and safe parking and an excellent restaurant La Grille. It’s also great to have a Starbucks in the hotel for early morning convenience

I saw two pools on the listing and was surprised the spa pool shown is an additional cost. It was closed when I arrived. The smaller pool was good for my aquafitness exercises after a 7 hr drive. The light went off while I was in the pool. Used towels were on chairs and the floor. No fresh towels were there so I took one from the fitness room. Keurig works. No complimentary water or microwaves. For the price I am not impressed. Tomorrow night I am paying $90 and it includes continental breakfast and a pool.

Very clean, modern. Great, friendly, helpful front desk staff.But they clearly don’t want guests to eat in their rooms - fridge but no microwave, plates, cutlery, table. New onsite Starbucks is terrific and convenient. The Spa is nice but just has a pool-size “hot tub” with two personal waterfalls and jets, a sauna and a cold rain shower. The separate swimming is too small for laps so good for kids.

Rooms are modern and clean. The food at the restaurant is always terrific and the addition of Starbucks for morning coffee makes this the perfect place to stay when travelling. Parking is free and always convenient

We visited Quebec and we are driving back to NB. We decided to stay in this hotel. This place is worth your money, it’s clean, friendly staff , there’s a Starbucks in the main lobby , very close to the waterfall park and Parc de la point and super comfy bed. We are a little hesitant to book this hotel after booking a hotel in Quebec and feeling frustrated because we did not think it was worth what we paid for , but thankfully we still proceeded on booking this hotel and now this will be our favorite stop over everytime we go to Quebec.

When I pulled back the sheets,there were stains on the sheets and they didn’t even look like they were changed. I called down to the front desk around 9:30 PM. The girl came up to our room and seemed really surprised to see the sheets stained like there were. She changed the sheets and told us she was sorry. The AC made so much noise cutting in and out. I asked for a discount for the room and they told me I booked through Expedia so they said they couldn’t do anything. 😡😡
