「Got cold after 2 freezing night sleep, ruined my whole biz trip. The only problem is they need to deal with the quilt, don't cover it on your whole body coz that'd be freaking creepy!」

「I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system. Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there! The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts...

「The surrounding beaches are spectacular, the spa is very good and reasonably priced and buffet food is varies and excellent, with local touches. The car park is small, you may need to park outside during the day occasionally. Wifi works well. One day there was no electricity but generator provided partial backup.」
