"Clean but poorly maintained. Upon check-in nothing in our room worked. Air conditioner broken. Safe couldn't be opened, lamp dangerous electrical problem, large daybed in room with king-size bed for only 2 persons. Daybed could not be removed. Tennis court condition terrible, large cracks, poorly maintained. Quality of food much degraded over last visit. Biggest problem, full capacity with .thousands of children, but adult pool closed for our entire 9 day stay. Staff overworked. Much reduced entertainment schedule from last stay. Best thing beach area, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurant. Certainly 3 star is a stretch. Will not return despite living in Mexico."
