times closed 2 other pool areas. Thousands of children, no where for adults. We have been there before. Marked deterioration from last time . Quality of food way down, entertainment cut backs. When we arrived, nothing in our room worked. Air conditioning, lamps, safe , all broken. Had to wait for repairs. So full we could not be moved to another room until next day. People having to put towels on grass. Beach area good, Italian and Mexican specialty restaurants good. Tennis court conditions terrible, no maintenance at all. Staff appeared overworked.
