"The Expedia concierge is great! Everyone is super helpful and they make reservations for you for dinner so that helps a lot. The food was just ok. Go to breakfast before 9 am. Otherwise they run out of plates glasses and food because lines are long. The Mexican restaurant Adelita was the best out of all the food. They offer table side guac but the server hangs out until you tip her. It was a bit awkward as we fumbled through our bags to tip. We left a tip at the end of our meal so we weren’t prepared. The bars at the pool were good. I would recommend brining a reusable cup or something. As a lot of people did and the bartenders filled it no problem. They use plastic cups that they reuse a lot and sometimes weren’t the cleanest. We went for a break and to relax before school and life resumed. It was good and we enjoyed our days at the pool. The room was nice, had some minor issues but nothing that wasn’t handled quickly. Not sure I would return to this resort but would be open to trying another grand palladium in a different location in the future."

"Here’s a version that’s under Expedia’s 1,500-character limit while keeping your main points: We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Punta Mita Surf & Spa and would definitely come back! The resort is beautiful, brand new, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless every day, and housekeeping did an excellent job. There are plenty of pools, a fun water park, and slides for kids. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and no reservations were needed. Just arrive around 6:00-6:30 PM for dinner to avoid long waits.Meraki was our favorite restaurant—delicious food, excellent service, and surprisingly not crowded. El Patio and Seaside Grill were also fantastic. Shout-out to the amazing waitstaff at all three restaurants!The Kids Club team was outstanding—professional, kind, organized, and great with communication. My daughter loved every minute there. Alex, our waiter by the kids’ pool, was friendly, patient with children, and always attentive.The spa was another highlight. Daniela and Alejandro provided exceptional service, and Brenda gave an amazing massage. The spa was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.My only suggestions are to improve communication about entertainment, as activities weren’t clearly announced and we missed Fiesta Mexicana after it was moved. Also, after a long trip with tired kids, the check-in desk isn’t the best place to promote the timeshare presentation.Overall, this is an excellent family resort with beautiful facilities, outstanding staff!"

"Excellent service, I especially liked the butler service. Very responsive. My biggest complaint was that we could hear neighbor above very clearly. Like a cheap apartment complex. I requested another room as the resort was not very full. They talked to above neighbors. Needless to say they didn’t tiptoe for the rest of the weekend and problem continued. Still a beautiful place with tons of amenities ."

"Be aware the resort is good drive from Puerto Vallarta. The resort is definitely more for relaxation. At least for our family, everything opens late but that’s not a big deal if you don’t wake up early. Overall, the resort is beautiful, maintained and clean throughout. We would definitely return."
