「Everything about this property and staff is excellent! It is the only place I stay when in the Mrytle Beach area. If I could give 10 stars I would.」

「The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. 」

「We reserved a 2 queen bed room with frig & microwave. Told on arrival there wasnt one. After protest, were moved to another room with them. Uh-huh. The microwave and frig were obviously years old with mold on frig seals, missing drink bars replaced with string, rusty, awful looking. The room we stayed in was @ back of hotel by woods; on multiple trips from car to room an unhoused man repeatedly panhandled us up close & personal. 「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「It was good enough for a place to sleep. The room was very clean but had a little bit of a musty odor. The breakfast was minimal. The pool area and picnic area were still closed. The cleaning ladies were very nice.」

「The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined.」
