「Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. 」

「Wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom garden suite. Huge, very clean, and nicely styled room. The indoor pool was great for the kids! Have booked again for July! Looking forward to our return! 」

「垃圾中的垃圾，污穢，骯髒，不清潔，廁所骯髒，房間骯髒，大廳骯髒，感覺十分差， 很貴的一晚，但是服務，住宿都是最垃圾的不要入住，不琅跟我一樣我情況， 孩子面上還比蚊叮， 房間感覺像80 年代，不更新設施是不行的！ 」

「It was so spacious (partly because we were given a two bedroom apartment, but the living room, kitchen and balcony were excellent. It was great to be able to charge our EV (MG4) overnight. One tiny issue: some crockery and cutlery was missing, eg only three side plates and not enough knives.」

「The Little Palms Cabins were absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Convenient to shops, tavern and restaurants and most importantly the beautiful Lake Cathie beach. The Manager was wonderful and made us feel so at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying again 😊」
