It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep the whole night! I won't be able to come back to this hotel next time because it seriously affected my sleep!」

「Staff went out of there way to be kind and courteous at the front desk by running off to grab me a luggage cart from upstairs and loaned me scissors gave a parking permit upon register. My initial key card wouldn’t work for my room and then my roommate had a card that worked for our room but didn’t work to come back in from the pool or the gym, there were easy fixes just lost the five star. Breakfast was nice although take note that on the weekend it’s starts a little later I’m an early bird so...
