Questionable but nice

Very nice stay. Friendly staff always got us what we asked for. Nice room very clean. Other than being right off the highway and in a not so good part of town. It looks very questionable but was fine. Building is old you can tell but the rooms have been redone and looks and felt fine. The highway noise is very bothersome don’t recommend young young babies the noise is crazy.

I was trying to select the box for Other, but my phone was not allowing me to do that. What we didn’t like was that there was no toilet paper in the room, and we had to ask for it. The staff was not welcoming - they communicated in the bare minimum way. The Mexican restaurant next-door was only for takeout, not dine in. But the room was clean, and we did feel safe. It was OK.

Property look clean but room floor was dirty, bed looked clean and once I lift the bedspread had hairs, (good thing I had my blankets) the door has a space between the door that you can see the outside light. Location not so convenient since is next to the freeway and a train tracks. Could not sleep due to freeway being next to hotel. All night was a loud noise of metal that made me be concern about my car being outside. A lot of homeless around area it seems that is on a industrial area no so much people around. Shampoo bottle was filled with water not shampoo they had being used. And when checking out reception didn't pick up the phone nor was at the office.

My stay

The stay was good. The hotel was clean the staff was professional but it lacked in the upkeep department as the room I had , had damage to the ceiling above the sink . It was apparent that there hss as d been a leak there but the drywall had never been repaired
