Very clean property and the rooms were spotless. Good bed and comfy pillows!!
We met the night security guard as we were bringing in our luggage…he was extremely pleasant and told us he will be out watching the property at night until 6am! We said thank you and he got back to walking the grounds.
The hotel is set back just behind the shopping area on McKinley before Griffin Way.
They have extremely good coffee!!!! My husband also liked the breakfast just fine.
I am Impressed.
The young man at the desk did his job, no smile, no welcome. He acted like he could care less about the customers. I did not see him smile towards anyone. Not a good first impression.
If it were not for the lady who checked us out being what I call “ the kind of employee every business owner would love to have” we would consider staying elsewhere, clean or not.
The lady who checked us out, was welcoming, caring, had a genuine big smile and very much wanted to know how our stay was. She stopped doing what she was doing and came right out to help us.
We were told the Ayer’s has been in this location for about 37 years and the shopping area was built around them. Lots of great places to eat.
We would stay here again, as we travel this route occasionally.
