"This property did not match the listing photos or description and communication during the stay was very poor. The booking process was confusing with two different companies involved and duplicate check-in paperwork. The door code provided did not work on arrival and we had to call for a new one. Several items shown in the listing were missing or not as pictured, including the espresso machine, dining room table, and the basketball game in the garage (which was partially collapsed). "Our stay was originally booked at the Alligator house but due to overbooking we were accommodated by the Host to an even better property. We had an amazing time. Beautiful property. I recommend any of the properties managed by Zelloo! "

"I really liked that someone met you at the property and went over things with you, that was a nice personal touch! The house was really clean, smelled really good and was well stocked with everything you'd need. Would for sure recommend this rental."

"We decided to do a staycation this weekend with our family. This property was amazing. The kids loved the Mario theme. The whole family from kids to adults had an absolute blast. The host was so responsive to texts. Every question we had or request, the host was so fast to respond. I definitely would stay here again. If you are looking for a kid friendly or young at heart fun weekend, this place is the place to stay. "

"Property manager and contact for property were excellent!! We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc."
