「A room with a great view, a good complimentary breakfast each day, and the amazingly special place of Lake Junaluska to discover and enjoy — it’s all a memorable get-away should be.」

「I would choose this next time.」

「Basically a trucker stop. Bathroom in our room was clean-ish, if you dont mine other people's hair on the floor, in the shower, or on the door frame. Stains on the inside of the comforter and dried food in the in-room mini fridge. We stayed two nights for a wedding and honestly would not come back. If you are passing through and need a place to sleep/showerz this will do otherwise pass on it.」

「Needs better upkeep. Paint was peeling off on balcony.」

「The property is close to attractions. Hallways are dark and not inviting to walk down. Room was nice had holes in floor in bathroom behind toilet.」

「Nice location and setting」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was friendly and tended to any needs. We would be happy to stay there again.」

「Clean rooms and helpful staff」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「I’d go back every month if I had the time.」

「The bed was the softest, most comfortable night of sleep ever! The hotel is in the older styles of yesteryear and nostalgic times, and we really found it charming! We’d stay there again, in a minute!!」

「This is one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. You could barely turnaround in the bathroom. There were straw wrappers under the bed on the floor at check in.」

「Great place to stay friendly courteous service, breakfast was as expected and well prepared plenty of coffee overall good quality service」

「Amazing stay! Decorated so thoughtfully. Little cabin in the woods, but still walkable to town! Logs provided to make a nice fire to sit around and relax in the evenings. Absolutely a 10/10 and will be back!」

「Loved everything about this property! Room and whole property were extremely clean which is most important to me! I highly recommend the room with a balcony- it’s a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!」

「Really enjoyed the balcony listening to the Creek」
