"Our room was a few doors down from the function room where they had events going on till past 11 PM each night and everything could be heard in our room. When we called the front desk to ask them about this, they said they would have the door in the hallway closed, but they never did this. At two in the morning, I had to get out of bed and ask some kids to stop racing up and down the hallway so all in all not much sleep over two days."

"I have been trying to connect with someone at this property about my experience. The GM Jasmine hasn’t responded. The customer service representatives are providing mixed information. During my stay there were lady bugs and flies in the room and living around, both tv’s blanked out so I wasn’t able to enjoy and relax, the refrigerator went out causing all my food to go bad, the sink stopped up, and the maintenance/front desk did not tend to any of my request whether I called from the room or went downstairs. This has been ongoing since November 2025! Oh— housekeeping did not come one time during my stay until the day I checked out. It was 11:50am and they were banging the door down."

"This place was fabulous. The women who checked us in were great. They had to wait for the reservation to come through and worked very hard to do so. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bar staff was terrific, also. We will stay here again when we’re in the area."

"Room was spacious although I did have an issue with the coffee maker. Breakfast was good with hot and cold offerings. Only inconvenience was getting ice for your room. You had to come to the lobby market place but the ice bucket was in the room. Initially I think it would be more efficient to have the ice bucket at the front desk so you can take the ice with you to your room."
