We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. 「The hotel was just lovely - very helpful staff, a very comfortable room, free parking in a very near underground car park and a lovely breakfast. What more could you want? The sauna in the cellar was a treat after walking in the mountains, as was the offer of a professional mountain guide 3 times a week to expand the walking experiences. I've forgotten to mention the self serve drinks available in the downstairs lobby, for which you paid for with an honesty box. I can't wait to go back to smple...

「This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!」
