「V good location. Vincenzo was terrific as was his wife, Valentina. They are extremely accommodating. Among other things, Vincenzo arranged a driver for a day trip (Andrea, who was great) and at the end of our stay he gave us a ride to the train station. We loved the communal kitchen. Highly recommend.」

「We liked the view of Etna from our window. Friendly welcome. No breakfast available though it should have been included, and no refund offered. No kettle in the room. Shower very small.」

「A very nice place 」

「Our stay was excellent; the family were kind, attentive and welcoming. They helped us out a lot with anything we asked for. The accommodation was beautiful and immaculate and felt like a calm and peaceful haven after a day of touring. Excellent location however would recommend a car for ease of getting to the nearby towns. Beautiful breakfasts with some delicious home made sweet treats every morning. Mille Grazie Giovanni and Filippa 💙❤️」

「A delightful place to stay. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were modern. We had an incredible view of Ragusa from our balcony. The breakfast was one of the best I've had with coffee to order and a variety of local pastries, juice, and fruit. The B&B is charming and well-located to walk to the local sites. What makes this place stand out is the A+ customer service. They were responsive to the requests we made via email prior to our stay. Parking can be tight in that area, but when we...

「The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The room facilities are flawless; the bed is spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and there is an elevator. Just turn left downstairs and walk a short distance to reach the main attractions. Great value for money, with the only minor drawback being the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Highly recommended!」

「L’emplacement est génial. Appartement offrant beaucoup.

「Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time. Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative. Both ladies made my birthday...

「Location lovely; right on the water. We had booked a seaside room but a mistake was made in our reservation and we only had room for one night and then had to move to another room. No view but clean and nice and staff very kind and accommodating and we got a discount. Breakfasts lovely. Our only complaint was no mention the rooms are on the 4th floor and no elevator. They help bring up luggage, but hard to negotiate post knee replacement. However, staff kind and friendly and we had a great...

「Immaculate property. Right in the heart of things, but no street noise. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nicest place we stayed in Scicily by a mile.」

「Good location」

「Appartement très bien malgré la clim absente. Petit village d altitude.
