The room was clean and neat. The accommodation was great. I appreciate Mr.Daniel who help us thru the whole process. He made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Rionegro.

My room was spacious and very nice. There are some minor details that might require attention as there is the usual wear or damage of usage. Overall it’s a nice and quiet place to spend a night or two, while continuing your journey.

I do not give a 5 star rating as i had problems with the hot water (i was taking a bath and suddenly i didn't have hot water at all). Other than that was a great place to stay, close to the Airport, very clean. I recommend to stay.

Stayed at the property a couple of nights. For the price, it was a very nice apartment. The owner was very responsive, place was clean, with 24hr security. The only "cons" were the no access to any food options other than using Rappi App. Please note, there is no A/C however there was no need for it. The only other thing I would recommend to the owner is to please have paper towels in the kitchen area

It’s ok. Not great. But clean and with a full kitchen. Not giving five stars because staff is not that useful and because the door is clearly not a door but a wooden table (its weird, but any 7 years old could break into it).

The room smelled a little weird. The security Carlos was dull. I asked for an early check in and nothing was confirmed i thought this was a hotel maybe i shouldve read a little longer. If youre foreign wifi connection isnt so great either. Nothing really accessible in the area

When I arrived & checked in to my room, my bed sheets was dirty & the pillowcases was stained & smelly. The electrical outlet in the main bathroom didnt work. I contacted the property owner & he said he would send someone out on Monday. I checked out Tuesday & no one ever came in Monday to repair. The body was in the tub was also empty.
The bed sheets was put on inside out.

Apartamento pare emergencia

El apartamento es bonito, estaba limpio, lastima la ubicación, esta en medio de la nada, lo usamos por emergencia al perder el vuelo. Eso si antes de las 12:00 ya estaba el carrito de la limpieza listo en la puerta, me pareció de mal gusto, como poniendo presión para que nos fuéramos.

Creo que fue un tema de la administración pero llegué de viaje y no tenían mis documentos para dejarme pasar. Tuvimos que despertar al dueño a la 1.30am. Y no había agua caliente. De resto, súper limpio y todo bien!!

Bonjour, Nous avons eu une très belle communication avec l’hôte. Il a été très honnête de nous dire qu’il n’y avais pas de piscine pendant notre séjour. Il a été très facile à communiquer. Il répondais à tout nos questions et nous a aider le plus possible. Ces pourquoi je donne 5 étoiles pour l’hôte. Par contre, il y a très peu de choses à faire autour même rien du tout. Les Uber refusent de nous prendre mais encore l’hôte nous a aider à trouvé un transport. La femme à la réception a fais de son mieux pour aider mon amie gravement malade et j’apprécie cette humanité. Le personnel était très courtois et les chambres simple mais propre. Juste qu’il est dommage que nous avions pas de piscine et que le transport est très difficile et qu’il n’y a rien autour à manger à part une pharmacie qu’il y a 2 Sacs de chips et 3 barres de chocolat. Ces vraiment et seulement utile pour les départs ou les arrivées des aéroports.
