Very kind owners and staff

I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again.

Cannot ask a lot from a two sun hotel, but the shower was weak and did not have amount pressure. Not breakfast but the do offer coffee, hot chocolate, etc…

Locked out . There was nobody there. We had to stand outside and ask locals to help find the manager ss the doors were locked… unacceptable to me.! We did eventually get in after a few hours. The lobby smelled of mold. The room dark and no view, tiny and not clean. The location was ok but would not stay here again mostly because of the poor service/no service and smell.

Nous sommes arrivés pendant la période assez restreinte du check-in, 2 heures seulement, mais il n’y avait personne à la réception. Il a fallu téléphoner pour obtenir des directives pour l’arrivée autonome. Sinon, agréable séjour. À noter, chambres sans vue, adossée à une paroi rocheuse.

La chambre louée était conforme à la description. Les chambres sont anciennes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement, ça n’est pas au goût du jour. Pas d’accueil en réception mais visiblement c’est lié à la basse saison. Nous avons été complètement autonomes pour le check-in et le check-out.

La struttura si trova nella strada principale di Riomaggiore, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza è spaziosa; alla reception sono accoglienti, gentili e pronti a darti consigli. il proprietario è molto corretto; segnala la presenza di media umidità dovuta a tutte le tipiche abitazioni del luogo che sorgono accanto al mare. L'umidità del mare non crea nessun fastidio al soggiorno. Si consiglia di andare in treno.

A vous de juger l’honnêteté de cet hôtel

Une chambre humide car fenêtre donnant sur la montagne à 50cm. Lors du paiement la personne de service nous a signalé m/c carte bleue ne fonctionnait pas et fallait payer en liquide mais sans facture, donc sans preuve. Bizarre!!. Nous avons insisté et on a dit d'appeler la police mais elle a appelé le patron, et le patron est venu, et par magie il a branché et tout fonctionnait. Ce n'est pas normal et pas honnête pour nous client et hôtels.com. En partant ils rigolaient en nous voyant partir!!!!

Très bien situé dans riomaggiore, pas trop haut dans le village donc accessible à pied avec ses valises. Notre chambre situé à côté du lobby laissant entrer le bruit, mais il y avait d’autres chambres plus loin qui devait être mieux. Sinon, très propre, personnel accueillant et près à vous conseiller. Le séjour est payable en comptant à l’arrivée.

Had a nice stay here while exploring Cinque Terre. It was right off the main road so pretty easy to find it and get to it. It is up a big hill as most things are in the area. Had coffee in the mornings and it was cleaned every day. Reception is only certain hours but was super helpful. Our room was at the end of the hall so the WiFi wasn’t very good but it worked.it was a bit expensive for what it was but that is to be expected in the area.

I utgangspunktet et flott tilbud. Men på grunn av fuktige lokaler (foaje og rom) så ble det en rå og kald opplevelse. Føltes nesten at alt tøy ble fuktig under oppholdet. Kan ikke anbefales 😥
