Hotels.com - improve your systems!
This is no review of Ayenda Jimatta. Having booked and got confirmation from hotels.com, on arrival there was no booking registered, hotel was full so no room available. According to them, they are not on the hotels.com platform. Probably a nice place, but very frustrating to experience the above after a long travel. So - hotels.com - improve your service or lose customers!
