Very nice Hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Well situated, quiet and safe area. Very good breakfast. Room good sized and very nice bathroom. Also very good Dinner. ( Steakhouse). Highly recomendated to stay here while visiting Riobamba!

The hotel was extremely well-kept, hospitable, and conveniently located to many amenities. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had food and transportation even though we visited during the low tourist season and were the only guests at the time. My brother and I visited Riobamba in order to climb Chimborazo. Although we only stayed one night, the staff also helped us secure transportation to Chimborazo the day before our departure for an acclimatization hike. I could not speak more highly of how helpful and how much integrity these people have. I would support them every time.

Comfort, quality and kindness
The staff is extremely kind and helpfull, the breakfast is good, the coffe is delicious and the beeds are super comftable. The place is very cosey and clean and its full of funny and impressing artisanes-sculptures.
