Adequate hotel near riobamba

Nice hotel but fairly run down. Was noisy during the day but had good WiFi. No hot water at first but this was fixed

1ero tuve que pagar en el establecimiento, lo cual se supone lo habia hecho con Expedia, no es todo lo que ofrecen la verdad la habitación muy muy simple, lo de SPA no se donde sera pero ahi no lo hay, la verdad para el valor noooo gracias

Estuvimos 2 días justo en Navidad (24-25dic) a pesar de eso el staff estuvo presente y colaborador. Sus habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, aunque alrededor la última noche hubo muchisimo ruido, el staff supo atender nuestro reclamo.

El establecimiento es muy limpio, está cerca del centro comercial. El desayuno estuvo bueno. Las camas no estuvieron tan cómodas. El internet es bueno y es necesario usarlo porque no hay mucha señal de las operadoras celulares.

Comfy, safe.

Nice comfy hotel. We were one of a few guests during this Covid era trip. The staff was great. Upgraded room (huge). Breakfast and WiFi good. Secure parking. Coffee pot on. The hotel interior was lovely. We were only there for a quick overnight en route to another city but our stay was great.

la relaciòn calidad precio es adecuada:Las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado y limpieza. Al momento de cancelar no se respeto el valor que se indico al momento de hacer la compra y se subio un 15% al valor, lo cual no es correcto.

great except for our 3 rd night

The first two nights were great with one of the night for dinner a group of music playing local andes flute. The 3rd night was terrible : loud music in the hotel and outside until 2:20 am. We could not sleep. Finally after i complained twice the music stopped

The “presidential suite” been so close to the road is very, very noisy at night, the hot water was a mission to get it to work, toilet was running all the time, the breakfast was really poor, I even try to order a omelette and the waiter insisted to get the scrambled egg from the buffet, I had to go to the manager to get an omelette. Staff was really friendly.

Amazing Place

This is the 2nd time that I stayed in this Hotel; - as much is the first time, this place is great, staff is extremely courteous and location is definitely convenience. Despite the short stay, I will come back here all the time. Wi-Fi works; Cable with American Channels is a plus and Full Breakfast included with natural fruits at the inside Restaurant is superb

nice hotel not much happening in riobamamba but its a good place to spend the night... clean close to the best restaurant in town and easy to access the city and other local attractions...

Slow on service

We booked a triple and had a suite which was nice. However there was very limited English and help from front desk. Service in restaurant was very slow though food good and breakfast was one of the worse on trip. Coffee cold and weak. Had a nice setting and taxi needed to get anywhere but freely available. Mixed thoughts.

Cozy and Clean Hotel

One of the best affordable hotels in Riobamba, pretty clean and cozy!! I recommend this hotel, but we noticed owners have some kind of issues with "non traditional" couples and they have to work on that... if you know what I mean nevertheless this hotel is nice!

One of the better hotels in Riobamba

Staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Very clean and has a beautiful atrium with a garden for sitting.

overrated! bad value! noisy!

this is a way to overrated hotel. way to expensive for what you get! first night was very noisy. they had somethong like a disco or party going on inside the hotel. earplugtime for getting some sleep! plus there is just the mainroad next to the hotel, means streetnoise. warm water was not always supplied. breakfast is intermediate, means nothing special. some good things: clean rooms and i think the staff are trying their best. all in all I cannot recommend this hotel.
