"Great location"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. "Incredible value for the price. You can walk to quite a few iconic destinations from the hotel —such as Lastarria and Patio Bellavista. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed!"

No shampoo just didn’t feel like it was ready for people to stay. The apartment was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the situation."
