「Clean hotel, bar was shut but drinks were available to buy at reception.」

「Staff seemed unaware of pricing. Could not find our booking. Put us in a room only to knock a little later and move us to a room that looked like it hadn't been occupied or looked at in months with dust and cob webs etc. High priced and in person(even as a local) they try to make the prices higher and in different currency」

Winifred Beach (perhaps one of the best beaches in the island, keep it public) is about a 7 minute drive down a (pretty bad) side road a couple blocks over. 「The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly.
