Comfortable stay

We spent two nights at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet except for the occasional music coming from the centre (in spite having a room overlooking the courtyard). The breakfast has a large spread with lots of pastry goodies. However the fruit salad was a mix of canned fruit and fresh, but some of the fresh was rotty. Food is expensive in their dining room, but is tasty. However, the lamb hamburger from the bar menu was awful. Some of the staff speak very good English and are keen to practice. Friendly welcoming on arrival.

Expedia did not send our reservation to the hotel, so they had no record of us. Even after showing the confirmation email, with note of prepayment, they could not locate anything to do with our reservation. They attempted calling Expedia to try and remedy, but after a LONG hold time, we just asked if they had space to book another reservation and we would figure it out with Expedia. WRONG CHOICE. Expedia has not followed up on either of my requests for assistance with the double payment. I was told on two occasions someone would be reaching out in 72 hours. I have yet to hear anything except requests to review the property. As for the hotel, it was great - staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Walkable to a few great dinner restaurants.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber die Umgebung ist nicht in bestem Zustand. Das Haus selber ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch gepflegt. Von den Parkplätzen bis zum Aufzug geht es über Treppen, das englischsprachige Personal ist gerne behilflich. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist gut und teuer.

Buen hotel

Excelente todo. Nos alojamos un día antes del que teníamos reservado por el problema sanitario. La reserva estaba paga y a pesar de eso nos volvieron a cargar el costo de esa noche en la tarjeta de credito. Mande mensaje pero no me han contestado, espero se solucione.

Godd hotel in Rio Gallegos

This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in in Rio Gallegos. I have been visiting this city since 1976 from time to time for different reasons. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The coffee was good at breakfast although it would be nice to have fresh fruit rather than canned, if available.
