Tiago at the front desk was fantastic gave me great tips for both a great time specifically great places to go and eat also local knowledge and real time information about staying safe. We were able to extend to different room until 9 o'clock at night at a very reduced rate because we had a night flight. Marcello at the front desk was also awesome. The rest of the staff staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but very clean. no washcloths available bring your own ;-)

Nice, convenient place at Ipanema beach. AC worked great after a day in the heat. Breakfast was good, but could have been varied a bit.

Nice property. Right across the street from the beach. Great staff. Room was good. A/C was a little marginal the first night but they fixed it right away. Overall, very good stay. Will definitely return.

Early check in was allowed, but my room was terrible. Facing a wall on the 3rd floow. No upgrade was discussed. Terrible internet connection, impossible to work in these conditions. Good breakfast.

Good location. Service was good. Theft from housekeeping is an issue. Rooftop amenities are very small.

Nao possui bebedouro em nenhum dos andares, exceto na piscina, que depois de um certo horario, fecha. O certo, seria ter uma bebedouro para encher garrafa 24hrs, ou na recepcao ou em cada andar. Outra coisa, as toalhas da piscina, deveriam ser localizadas perto da area depois das escadas (no andar em cima). Quando molhada depois do chuveiro, fui pegar uma toalha e escorreguei na escada, ja que a toalha estava localizada na area de baixo, e me machuquei.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel, mas é preciso que a TV dos quartos sejam renovadas. Imagem horrível, modelos antigos e não proporciona prazer algum ao assistir tv a noite antes de dormir.

Achei as instalações boas, principalmente pela localização maravilhosa do hotel. No entanto, em relação as acomodações, considerei o quarto com muito pó, sem estar limpo de forma suficiente, o que me causou uma crise de rinite.
