Superior? em andar baixo e de frente pra Rocinha

Não vou mais me hospedar utilizando hoteis.com, sempre os quartos são péssimos, parece que os hoteis reservam os piores quartos pros clientes hoteis.com. Dessa vez, ainda gastei um pouco mais, peguei um quarto superior, com vista... fiquei no 7o. andar e com vista pra Rocinha. Péssimo.

Incredible views, big clean rooms, horrible food

Beautiful hotel, incredible views from the rooms, great balconies in every room, clean and comfortable, multilingual staff and great service. Worse food I have received in the 28 years I have been travelling for business to Brazil. I tried three times and each meal was worse than the last. I got a Cesarean salad with chicken and it came in a plastic container with wilted lettuce. Then I ordered a "quente" which was a sandwich with old thick bread, one slice of ham and one of cheese, it was 90% old bread, then I ordered a fish burger, again old bread, cold backed french fries, disgusting sauces. There is a mall with good restaurants three blocks away but at night by myself, I did not want to walk three blocks in Rio alone, so I had no choice but to eat there. If you want to lose weight, then this is a great choice because the hotel is really nice!

was a nice hotel but as we got there right after carnival they didn't have enough time to thoroughly clean the room but were able to remove obstruction from tub and for the inconvenience they comped our one meal which was nice of them

Nice but should be a 4-4.5* not a 5*

It was a last hour booking. I was to stay somewheres else and it was a disaster... I took out Hotels.com to see what was available now... on carnival Saturday??? Only a hand full of hotels came up. This was the highest rating for under 300$ a night. It’s a nice place. I stayed at the grand melia Nacional the weekend prior which is next door. Unfortunately, the melia 5* for 230$ was way above the Pullman’s 300$ 5*. I did not find a gym. And the food was ok, not fantastic.

Excelente Hotel

Ótimo Hotel! Ambiente limpo, quarto ótimo, cama maravilhosa, vista linda! Funcionários atenciosos e educados! Café da manhã excelente!! Bar (que funciona à noite) muito bom! Ambiente da piscina bastante acolhedor e bonito! Áreas comuns muito bem decoradas, espaços amplos. Fui sem criança, mas pude observar que não tem atrativos para os pequenos.Recomendo!!

Anúncio no Expedia não mostra os quartos, assim pensamos pelo valor e tipo, que adquirimos um quarto grande. Que decepção, quarto depredado. Voltamos pra recepção e trocamos. Ainda mesmo tamanho só pouco melhor. Faltava sabonete, secador de cabelo e uma poltrona...... isso acontece nos hotéis de 1 estrela..... Café de manhã ótimo. Piscina sujo, parece não filtra durante do dia.... Estacionamento no ar livre, 35 reias por dia. Funcionários ok Hotel preciso reforma urgente.

A place that have all your needs cover

I did not go to Rio to enjoy the beach. I have personal things to do. The hotel is family oriented , the staff is very friendly, there is a safe in the room , EXCELLENT food, 24 hrs room service, security..a comfortable room with a very nice hot shower.The hotel have several spots where you can have a meeting, formal or informal . All I needed was covered. Then if you are picky , yes, there is some upgrades that can be done in the building , but are minimal things that Im sure they are aware and working on. I feel like I was HOME .If you need to feel safe-comfy and like the good restaurants thats the place to be!!

Ótimo hotel!!

O hotel é ótimo, os quartos são bastante confortáveis, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e não falta nada, porém o serviço de praia deixou a desejar pois como o tempo não estava aberto o hotel não colocava as cadeiras na praia pois falava que o tempo estava ruim, mas na realidade o tempo estava encoberto mas com muito mormaço.

Deixou a desejar .

Pontos negativos : Mobília velha , mal cheiro , lençóis sujos , e se não bastasse tudo isso , fomos acordados com uma barulheira de furadeira insuportável. Hotel muito caro pelo serviço oferecido . Pontos positivos: Café da manhã bom e o restaurante do hotel também é excelente , o jantar foi ótimo . Foi o que salvou .

Better than average Rio’s Hotels

In general very good stay. Hotel is clean, has stunning location and very well trained staff. View from the room is breathqtaking! Very good wi-fi (and free) Breakfast is good ,just found that breads could be fresher. In the room there was no tea making facilities and water takes too lomg to get hot (not very good for water saving) Toileteries are not good ( cheap stuff)

Boa. Deixou a desejar, reservei um quarto com banheira, pensando em relaxar e pra minha surpresa a banheira além de minúscula não tinha como vedar a água e quando fui pedir o vedador eles não tinham. Acaba sendo uma propaganda enganosa, anuncia porém, não tem!
