Bom hotel

No geral tudo certo. Quarto limpo e de tamanho agradável. Gostei também do fato de ter um restaurante dentro do hotel e dos preços das refeições serem razoáveis. A única crítica é o café da manhã é que bem fraco mesmo, apesar do bom esforço das funcionárias. E a justificativa que o hotel estava cheio não vale porque a maioria dos hospedes reservou com boa antecedência (estavam no mesmo evento que eu). Mas mesmo com este detalhe negativo, e como as outras coisas mais importantes estavam certinhas, eu me hospedaria lá novamente.

Razoável. Tem que mudar algumas coisas como: ar condicionado( fica fazendo barulhos estranhos) e por dois dias seguidos surgiu barata pelo buraco do ar. Ficamos por 4 dias no hotel e nenhum momento teve limpeza, mesmo eu solicitando na recepção. Horário de funcionamento da piscina ainda mas em época de feriado como carnaval poderia ter ficado aberta ate mais tarde.

Hotel com otima estrutura porem deixa desejar

O Hotel tem boa estrutura e tem o serviço de quarto com troca de toalhas limpeza basica , porem falta um limpeza mais detalhada para tirar alguns pontos encardidos, e apresentou vazamento no uso da cozinha(enviaram alguem prontamente para secar) e o vaso estava entupido.(enviaram alguem para olhar porem continuo entupido) Fechamos com café vda manhã e não teve café da manhã. Deixamos recado que queríamos expor a situação para o gerente porem ninguém entrou em contato.
