Hotel de difícil localização e péssimo atendimento

O Hotel apresentou de difícil localização, acesso ruim, péssimo serviço de quarto, sem limpeza durante estadia, sem troca de toalhas, café da manhã bom em um dia e péssimo em outros dois dias, sendo servido até frutas estragadas. Precisei de mais um dia além do contratado e me cobraram o dobro do normal, mesmo sendo em dia de semana e o hotel estava praticamente vazio (uso de má fé e aproveitando da ocasião para tirar proveito comercial próprio), falta de profissionalismo e honestidade.

Qualidade do serviço

Pontos positivos: Atendimento muito satisfatório, pousada simples e charmosa. Piscina limpa, café da manhã bem saudável. Pontos negativos: Estava em família, dois adultos e uma criança de 5 meses, portanto os quartos não dispõe de ar-condicionado e tornando quase insuportável para uma criança. Outro ponto é uma espécie de galpão em frente com musica alta a madrugada toda, tornando o acesso difícil para chegar e dormir. Ventilador barulhento. Sem frigobar no quarto, portanto se acordar de madrugada com sede a vida fica complicada. Não avaliados: Não fiz nenhuma refeição no restaurante da pousada (devido a ter família na cidade), não utilizei o WiFi e os ambientes de convivência.

Pousada simples, pessoas simpáticas e atenciosas. Ficou a desejar um pouco pois o quarto que ficamos tinha mtas formigas!

Ambiente agradável e bom atendimento. Ótimo restaurante, porém com preços altos. O maior defeito é a ausência de TV e Ar condicionado nos quartos.

Vale a pena ir

Hotel de estilo antigo, simples, limpo e com visual da restinga e praia de Marambaia inesquecível. Avenida meia "sinistra", com numeração sem sequencia. Atendimento muito atencioso de todos do hotel. Falta ar condicionado e TV no quarto
