Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

The fire alarm went off for about 1-2 hours. I didn't even get to sleep. I stayed for less than one day for the purpose of resting. So if you want to rest, don't come here.

O hotel estava superlotado. Colocaram eu e minha esposa num quarto para deficientes. Esse quarto não tinha água quente funcionando, não tinha toalhas e o ar condicionado parou de funcionar durante a madrugada assim como o seu controle. Ao indagar a equipe da recepção, fomos informados que a manutenção funciona apenas até as 22 horas. Isso pq eu presenciei 4 hóspedes reclamando antes do meu check in. O café da manhã era limitadíssimo, pois não tinha praticamente nenhuma reposição. O que acabasse, ninguém mais comia. E olha que fiquei 1 hora na mesa. Para piorar, quando eu fui pegar um copo para tomar café numa cesta que tinha acabado de ser reposta, percebi que 2 canecas estavam com o fundo todo sujo de chocolate. Então nem a limpeza era feita adequadamente.

Ao chegar ao hotel não tinham quartos disponível, mesmo sendo 20:00. Conseguiram depois de um tempo quartos com cama de solteiro e a minha reserva era de casal. Café da manhã servido em pratos fundos, parecendo um restaurante comunitário. Banheiro com o ralo entupido e inundou todo o quarto.

Constrangimento no cafe e nao realização serv quar

Infelizmente tive problemas com minha hospedagem neste hotel. Paguei antecipadamente 4 diarias com cafe da manhã, reserva feito aqui pelo hoteis.com. Fiz check-in na sexta-feira dia 22 de agosto de 2025, hotel perfeito, atendimento bom, estrutura dos quartos boas etc. No terceiro dia de hospedagem nao fizeram o serviço de quarto na minha unidade, e como passei o dia inteiro na rua, so chegando no hotel por volta das 22:00, e como de praxe para troca de tolhas, deixei as duas toalhas no chao para troca, e quando entrei no quarto a cama estava ainda desarrumada, as toalhas no chao, ou seja nao foram trocadas, o lixo ainda estava nas lixeiras fedendo ja, resumo nao fizeram serviço de quarto. Liguei para recepção e o atendente informou que nao teria como mandar ninguem para realizar a higienização e serviço no quarto, nem para mandar toalhas e sabonete que nao tinha no quarto. Entao nao tomei banho pois nao tinha sabonete e nem toalhas para secar o corpo. E para completar a péssima experiência e transtornos, do dia seguinte, domingo dia 24 de agosto de 2025, na fila do cafe da manha, diante de terceiros( funcionarios e hospedes) fui constrangido ao informarem que eu nao tinha pago o cafe da manha. Entao informou que minha reserva estava incluso cafe da manha, e depois de falar com atendente do restaurante, pedir pra falar com o gerente, entao veio o coordenador do restaurante que disse que eu so iria tomar cafe se pagasse. Entao veio a subgerente Tais/a. Fui contragido e s/ cafe

O local nao tem muita coisa proximo entao se estiver sem carro recomendo uma area mais movimentada. O quarto precisa de uma reforma, paredes sujas, lençóis manchados e porta do box que nao fechava deixando o banheiro molhado. A equepe foi extremamente simpática entao esse é um ponto positivo
