Nice relaxing place in the center

Great spacious room with air condition and quiet. Nice swimming pool and a well equipped gym. Luggage was safely held until pickup.

Room Service was difficult. No microwave in the room for simple things like heating water for tea which they made difficult to get. Need more bilingual employess for guests. Beds are very hard. Impossible to get in touch with this facility on the phone or internet. I will say they had a cuple of friendly staff at front desk.

Equipe de funcionarios muito boa , principalmente recepcao e os atendentes da cozinha. A limpeza do quarto sem hora definida, sai do aptobas 7 da manha e retornei as 14 horas e apenas 17 horaa 1ue ligaram mk quarto perguntando se queria a arrumacao. Deixando muito a desejar. Pscina com azulejos quebrados podendo causar algum machucado. Wifi pessimo, estava a trabalho e isso me atrapalhou muito.

Eu falo a real!

Cama extremamente desconfortável, havia um buraco nela em que tínhamos que dormir nesse buraco. Barulho ensurdecedor nas redondezas, poderia ter uma janela que bloqueie o barulho para que possamos descansar, ninguém é obrigado a ficar escutando barulho de fora enquanto tenta descansar. Televisão tinha horas que pegava e outras não. Café da manhã fraco, sem opções para quem tem intolerância à lactose.
