"Clean room and friendly staff. "

"Certain guest didn’t wash off after coming from the beach and went straight into the pool. Which very disgusting because sand at bottom of the pool and bugs swimming around . I really didn’t care for any of the pools because of the setup to swim up bars which nice for adults but no room to swim just to seat and relax . Another pool with volley ball net just to play so you couldn’t swim. The pools need treatment to make it a bit cleaner and clear. The beach was my favorite part of the resort it was the most beautiful beach blue clear shallow waters and warm. There was a company called scuba caribe offering water activities such as snorkeling , paddling board , kayaking , and boat party’s . I enjoyed the paddling board super fun and a nice workout. The views on the beach were incredible and super relaxing. Also my top favorite was the water park which had like 5 different slides and it was such a thrill. The water park had the cleanest pool . This resort is a family friend , there are so many smoking designated areas which I loved the most because if you know then you know . The best part of the activities was the foam party it was super lit , live DJ , open bar , and a host on the mic who had so much energy interacting with the crowd . It had rain that day but the hotel staff still wanted all the guests to have a good time and enjoy their selfs. I like how the hotel had activities every night parties , live shows , and open bars all around. Staff at the buffet 10/10"

"I want to tell you how horrible it was so you will never want to go, because I want to keep this gem all to myself! The moment you exit the vehicle you are treated like family. From the front desk to the restroom attendant’s. The food, the music, the drinks, the people. All Amazing and Beautiful from the inside out. So in short I do NOT recommend you go to JOIA Rosehall. I want to keep it and all if it’s beauty to myself! "
