No tenían conocimiento de la reservación realizada con anticipación lo que da la impresión de desorganización.No tienen personal que hable español.Me sorprendió tener que solicitar limpieza de habitación lo q debería ser automático.El pasillo que conduce a las habitaciones del primer nivel tiene olor a humedad.
