Very wrong.i had to spend the night with my 2 teenagers because i got the for my check in around 10:30. Expedia needs to specify if it is a Hotel or Motel. 「Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall.」
