The property was empty for a period. A few areas were renovated and the hotel was reopened. The rooms are well renovated and clean. The elevator however was not working. The front desk attendant just shrugged and apologized. No one offered help for the elderly clients with mobility issues with their luggage up the stairs. Other than the renovated floors, the rest of the building (restaurant and pool area) looks abandoned.

J'ai loué A cet endroit, parce que la photo montrait une chambre avec une vue sur le fleuve, et la vue donnait plutôt sur le stationnement et je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié, quand j'en ai fait part au personnel, ça ne semblait pas vraiment être leur problème...

La propreté laisse a désiré boule de cheveux trsine oar terre et porte de chambre de bain sale et oas humidificateur dans la chambre de bain carreau de ciramique laisse a désiré et fenetre dans la chambre toujour plein d humidité et aucn papier pour nous dire quel son les canaux et surtout de disposé aux chambre un four .micro onde.merci

Non insonorisée, j’entendais les gens de la chambre à côté ronfler, parler et même lorsqu’ils étaient à la salle de bain. Les portes bruyantes et claquent toujours. Bref très décevant pour l’insonorisation. DES murs en cartons.

Ascenseur non fonctionnel durant tous le séjour et était pas fonctionnel été 2025 Manque d'éclairage à la chambre, nettoyage laisse a désirez avec débarbouillettes sal du dernier client sur pole de douche, vieux cup de café encore dans la cafetière à notre arrivé, tête de lit avec trace de main Bref l'hôtel manque beaucoup d'amour et d'entretien Mais coté positif Proche de tous les services et bord de l'eau
