Nice hotel with sea view

Nice hotel in first line next to the beach. Heated pool!! Breakfast had good choice of everything. paid parking next to the hotel. All good.

Amazing Hotel and service

We had such an amazing time at Diplomat hotel with tasty breakfast and easy access to the beach. Swimming poll was also great.

Really lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, enough choice and wasnt ever busy when we went down. Extra points for twinnings tea and a tea pot!! Our only criticism was the very strange room decore (looked unfinished) and the awful rave music from the beach bar across the road (not the hotels fault) it just meant we either had to endure the music or close the balcony doors. Otherwise was a great hotel in a great location, near to a bus stop and the metromare. Took about 5mins on either of these to get into town. We would stay again.

Don’t ever book in this hotel, it listed as 4 stars can’t even provide a microwave oven to warm up food. It got a grand piano in the foyer. The male staff so rude, told me not talk loudly as I am hard of hearing, not disabled friendly . It still redecorating and the balcony leaking of water. It doing a fire sale via Expedia . It not a friendly hotel, all they want is your money . The radiator in the bathroom not working. Stereotyping receptionist

Perfect but not good parking area.

Says parking but very limited. We do have a massive campervan though so its not thier fault but dont expect your camper to be parked for less that 33 euro per 24 hours in paid parking on the front. Hotel breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff are super friendly. Right near everything and great restaurants around!

Right on a beach, but further away from the Center of Rimini. Tiny room and tiny balcony. One day they had a problem with beach towels, so we didn't get them until afternoon. The hotel may introduce incentives for people that keep the beach towels through the stay to lower burden on laundry. Breakfast was average quality

Mediocre hotel with good AC but poor cleaning

We have had a ok stay at this hotel all in all. The stay however started out with ants in our room. No other rooms were available so the staff fumigated the room. The bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and the cleaning was not to great during our stay. Parking is marked at hotels.com as an option but no parking was available. We found however parking in the streets nearby. The staff could have been more interested in us as their guests but the people serving breakfast and the breakfast itself was nice.

-The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome -The property had a great lobby with a bar, pool table and grand piano however the bar wasn’t really open or it was staffed by the front desk. Would have been nice to have some entertainment at night -I was sent a link in advance to register, so check in was easy. -The staff working in the breakfast area were very friendly and made our mornings very pleasant -Highly recommend that you contact the property in advance to secure parking especially in the high season not just in the notes to hotel in the link they send you. -Rooms are dated and need of minor repairs/renovations, but we accepted that and read reviews prior to booking… The view of the beach and location far outweighed the smaller rooms. -there was a market store to stock up on snacks and drinks right behind hotel -The pool was ok, we got chairs on all days we went. Go early in the day as the late afternoon sun is blocked by the buildings -They should renovate the pool area and add a jacuzzi tub, we didn’t use the spa services on this trip - AC was working great all hotels we stayed at in Italy seem to regulate them to 19c as tve lowest setting -They hotel had handicap access in the front of the facility, which was pleasing -Overall it was a great place to stay for 5 days

Non è un 4 stelle...e penso neanche si avvicini. Forse lo era negli anni 80/90. Ottima la colazione, pulizia cosi cosi con i tappeti dei pianerottoli dei piani veramente sporchi e vecchi. Struttura posizionata situata sul lungomare, fino all 1.30 di notte musica e schiamazzi. Distributori gratuiti d acqua nei pianerottoli che in alcuni piani funzionano ed in altri no.

Hotel vecchio. All'ingresso nella hall ci ha accolto un olezzo misto fumo di sigaretta e scarico fognario. Stanza con mobilio datato, tapparelle rattoppate che non si chiudono completamente lasciando entrare la luce appena albeggia. Bagno con rubinetteria che funziona male (solo acqua calda o bollente) e non fissata bene ai sanitari. Colazione carente. Meriterebbe due stelle scarse.
