The hotel property has had some very nice updates but still definitely shows its age. Excellent breakfast. Rooms small and a few more amenities in room would be nice. BUT the staff made up for that. Absolutely The most friendly helpful staff we have encountered.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only downside is that the hotel has thin walls so you can hear anything from the next rooms and hallway. Luckily, our neighbors weren't very noisy, so for us it wasn't a big deal.

It's in a great location close to the beach. The place is OK. It's a bit old, and there are signs of degradation, but everything is still in decent shape. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would go back again next time.

Great hotel in a great location. Although the rooms are small the view makes up for this. Except for an unacceptable odour that only became apparent after a day or so, we found the hotel an excellent choice.

Great hotel! Great location, right on the beach! Tons of shopping and restaurant choices at your convenience. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Price was a bit expensive, but totally worth it. We were here in the off season (May) so some restaurants around were closed but others still open within walkable distance. Loved that hotel has beach access and a pool (we didn’t use as in May it was still too cold for bathing). There is construction next door but we were not disturbed (or heard) any sound. Breakfast was great. Parking at the time was readily available on lot behind hotel for free, or on hotel parking for extra €10. Rooms are small as mentioned in other reviews and no refrigerator or coffeemaker. They mentioned they are redecorating and some rooms may get this by summertime. Staff was very helpful and location was perfect in Rimini seaside. Would come back again! Enjoy.

Great location and friendly staff

Wonderful position close to the beach and I had superb views of the sea. The staff were amazing and being able to cycle all over Rimini was a real plus! Nice pool and the staff were so kind and friendly.

Very friendly- goood value

Very smooth check-in, english speaking, and friendly staff - they were very helpful under our stay. Breakfast over middle, and actually good if you compare with the price for the stay. Great coffee/cappuccino (it is Italy 🇮🇹😍) Fresh towels every day. Seewiew from most rooms .. A bit noisy from hallway and other rooms .. All in all - great value for money 😁

Staff lovely, very helpful. Great selection at breakfast , hot and cold. Free bike rental. We booked room with sea view Fab, small balcony.Very comfy beds. Spotless room. Free safe. A/C. Bar at pool, + tea / coffee. Lovely relaxing area at side to sit in shade . Pool area & jacuzzi, spotless. Only 10 sunbeds, + Sun chairs. But got beds, none the less. Beach across the road. Discount rate (€15 for Umbrella+ 2 beds). Book at hotel and were given beach bag and beach towels inc . Plenty of restaurants & shops nearby.

Frühstück war hervorragend. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Basic-zimmer klein und dürftig. Haben ein Upgrade für 15 Euro/Tag bekommen. Parkplatz für 10 Euro/Tag. Pool und Whirlpool ausser Betrieb. Musste einen Tag früher abreisen, keine Rückerstattung oder entgegenkommen mit dem Preis. Wer ein Zimmer nur zum schlafen braucht und die Ansprüche tief ansetzt ist hier richtig.
