Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment on the beach.

The breakfast buffet provided a variety of warm and cold foods and the serving staff was friendly and really good. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, especially, Benedetta. The location was excellent: close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. On the downside was the nightly noise and the parking which we didn't know we had to pay for which was quite costly, $25Cdn, per day. Use of free bicycles was a very nice touch. In sum, the property and staff made for a pleasant experience.

Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room. Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated. Also the refrigerator was not working in my room. Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance. Free bicycle was good. Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star. I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future. There are so many hotels in the same area.

Sentralt men rolig.

Fint, rent, god service på hotellet. Sentralt beliggende. Pent område. 5 minutter til stranda, 1 minutt til restauranter, butikker og barer. Jeg fikk først tildelt et rom som var preget av støy fra en bar. Da jeg bemerket dette, fikk jeg velge blant ledige rom. Jeg valgte en oppgradering, og fikk et rom av høyere standard til en ubetydelig prisøkning. Frokostbuffet av god standard, med god variasjon, fersk mat og frisk frukt og grønt.

Al check in, dopo le prime indicazioni, ci viene detto che la struttura ci omaggiava di un upgrade, quindi ci assegnavano una suite invece della camera standard. Peccato che noi avevamo già pagato una suite, quindi non ci omaggiavano di nessun upgrade. Praticamente avremmo potuto pagare 200 euro in meno per ottenere la stessa stanza. Fatto notare ciò abbiamo chiesto almeno il parcheggio gratuito per i 2 giorni, cioè 38 euro contro i 200, ma non ci è stato concesso: queto ci è sembrata una presa in giro. Stanza con 2 capelli nel piatto doccia, segnalato e dopo pulizia, ancora 1 dei 2 capelli era presente. Colazione niente scarsa come varietà e come qualità: il primo giorno ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti per delle brioche ma ho desistito e me ne sono andato: disorganizzati anche con stoviglie e rifornimenti. Unico ascensore per la struttura, lento e piccolo. Le suite sono state ricavate dall'unione di due camere standard, ma la suddivisione con le camere adiacenti è stata fatta in modo approssimativo, tant'è che al mattino, normale vocio della stanza accanto ci ha svegliato: in bagno invece, grazie alla ventilazione forzata, si sentivano i discorsi dei vicini in dolby sorround. Letto nella media, senza topper come Barbieri comanda, cuscini assolutamente da rivedere. Parcheggio ok, comodo per la zona, peccato per la piscina in ristrutturazione. Ci torneremo??? Prima proveremo altre strutture in zona.

La struttura è all’inizia della Vespucci, arteria principale della città ricca di negozi, ristoranti e locali. Sulla stessa via edicola, farmacia e supermercato. Stanze pulite e ristorante con piatti buoni e ben presentati. Forniscono asciugami per spiaggia convenzionata (bagno 12 o 13 o 14). Personale attento e sempre presente. Struttura consigliata.
