Convenient location.
Unfriendly reception. Tiny room which wouldn't fit large suitcases. Very weak shower. A 7-24 supermarket across the street, in front of the train station. Almost right next to the stop of bus 322 going to the airport.

The hotel is located at a busy place. There are malls nearby and it is also within walking distance from the old town and the bus terminal. The breakfast is too simple, only a few choices. The check in is also slow. Waited for over 10 minutes for the check in because the check in staff cannot locate the booking of the client standing in front of me. There was another staff at the counter but that staff did not assist other customers to check in. Considering all the factors, the room doesn't really worth the money.

Hotel with a nice position
The hotel is near to the bus station. It offered me a room with a inclined roof with the minimum height of 5 feet and I hit my head there a few times. The hotel offered me a change of room but I declined because I don't want to pack my things again.

Excellent Location!
Just opposite to the train station. Can get on buses to anywhere in the city and very near to the old town! Rooms are big and tidy. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Riga again.

Det eneste positive var beliggenheten, som var veldig sentral. Vi fikk kun én dyne, og senga var hard. Det var mørke hår i senga og i håndklærne. Det var nesten ingen stikk-kontakter og et kjøleskap i ustand. Dagen vi skulle sjekke ut prøvde vi å forlenge oppholdet, men fikk i stedet slengt en stygg kommentar rett i fjeset. Helt forferdelig service

We booked a small double room that was said to be 12m2 with minibar. The room was 9m2 and there wasn'nt any minibar. When we told this to the reception, she said that the sizes of the rooms vary and the informed 12m2 is only average. And that all the rooms does'nt include a minibar although the booking page acclaims so. The room was also very dirty and the soundproof was lousy. I would never ever book a room from this hotel and we didn'nt stay there at all but booked a room from a different hotel. This was the most awful hotel I've ever been.

I booked small double bad room. When I arrived receptionist told me that they don’t have any double room left and he can offer me just a single bad room. I agreed but no one gave me any refund or price difference as single room was cheaper than double one. I went to room but after spending there 15 min I left for another hotel

We really don’t like the hotel. It was very hot weather and room had one fan that helped a little and for this it was impossible to sleep. Bathroom was smelled like sewage every time you flush toilet.Breakfast was very poor. If you come late you will have for breakfast a herring with bread, since everything has been eaten and nothing is added from the food. The staff is not bad, responsive. One good thing is the location of the center of the city.

Location-excellent!!! Really dirty , old carpet with all kind of marks , etc. I asked the manager 2 days if they could clean the shower because it was black and they didn’t do it. One night we had the evacuation alarm at nobody told us absolutely nothing, we didn’t know what happened,etc. Bad communication ,etc. The only good thing is the location

ベッドが古くてスプリングがボコボコしていて 体が痛くて眠れません。 シャワールームの水捌けが悪い。 コンセントが1つしかない。 冷蔵庫はなし。 駅から近いのが唯一いいところです。 The bed is old and the springs are bumpy My body hurts and I can't sleep. The shower room is poorly drained. There is only one outlet. No refrigerator. The only good thing is that it is close to the station.

Die Zimmer waren abgewohnt, die Betten und die Zimmer etwas zu klein und die Sauberkeit (insbesondere der Fenster) hätte etwas besser sein können. Die Lage ist top! Und das Frühstück war auch voll in Ordnung. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war super.

Ne pas se fier aux photos. Le room service fait le minimum. La moquette était très usée et très tâchetée. Le personnelle n'était pas agréable du tout.

Personal in Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück ist o'key. Sauberkeit in Zimmer ist nicht ausreichend. Die Ausrüstung ist alt und abgenutzt.
