"The apartment is in the very centre of Riga Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s nice, modern and clean. Would be nice to have some curtains, as the current ones do not protect from any light. It’s also very noisy pretty much all the time, so one definitely needs good earplugs. We also were surprised that they apply fines if dirty cups or dishes are left."

"The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible."

"Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment. The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs. There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. "

"Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt.
