"Overall a good place to stay. Across the street from Roma Termini so the location was incredible. Walls are definitely thin and there were a few stains but overall, a good place to stay for the location. Staff was very helpful and allowed bag storage. Lots of counter space in the washrooms."

"The girl at the reception desk was so nice and helpful! She helped me with everything, and the experience was great overall. The location is nice, however, you need to take a bus to get to the main places (keep in mind they can be late) or walk about 10 minutes to the metro. I felt pretty safe as a female traveler but tried to skip walking along in the night."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The location is perfect for site seeing with lots of walkable attractions near by or easy transit available. All the amenities were very clean. The lounge was spacious and comfortable and the hotel itself had beautiful and interesting decor. The check-in process was very easy and the staff were super helpful. Our family room was very spacious for our family of 4 and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast had hot and cold options with lots of fresh fruit and drinks available. We had a pleasant experience at Hotel Napoleon and would recommend it to family and friends."
