The hotel common areas are nice, but the hotel as an entirety needs an upgrade. The carpets in the hallways are stained, dated, the shower needs a deep clean, the decor is dated, the mattress is very uncomfortable. The wooden lack that it’s on was horrible. Not worth the money

I booked a one‑bedroom suite for my birthday and loved the entire space…the lobby, the lounge area, the bar and eating area and especially the room!We had dinner downstairs, and the bartender made an amazing birthday drink while we watched the football game — great atmosphere all around. I rated everything a 5/5; with the exception of amenities .. only because the room had older USB ports instead of USB‑C, so I had to borrow an adapter. The front desk associate whose name started with a “D” was outstanding and I regret not remembering it. She was truly one of the best hostesses I’ve encountered. Her service alone is a reason I’d return. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this was my favorite stay yet. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful space with a great vibe, welcoming staff, and an overall fantastic experience!! If you want this in an even tighter version or a more polished professional tone, I can shape it however you want.
