Overall, my family and I had an awesome time staying there. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The continental breakfast was really good. The receptionist was phenomenal. They were very attentive, caring and answered any questions that we had.

Overall, all great. Much better quality than Campanile in France. Extremely nice reception staff! The only downside we experienced were too soft matresses.

Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. the city is really far from the main road (around 20 minus of driving up a steep mountain road) . we had couple of days with the car parked and cable car was our mean of transportation, which was real fun (to Mont fort and to Verbier)
