超讚的住宿應該是新的飯店，裡面的設備相當新廚具都有只是湯鍋有點小，浴室水壓偏低，入住需要上網填資料才能收到密碼才能開門，沒有人員接待，家人旅遊選擇這裡很棒！步行到碼頭很近早上下午海邊散步很悠閒！

Overall very clean, modern and safe. Good use of space, cute kitchen with new looking appliances. Love the area, Steveston Wharf, had lots of restaurants and a boardwalk along the River. We enjoyed the cannery museum. Pluses: The gal who helped me with question on the phone, Chantelle, was very responsive and helpful! Minus: it was 61 deg in the room at check-in 4:40 pm. (colder than the freezer section in the grocery store.) we were able to tinker with it and adjust a little. But it was so cold we had to go outside to warm up. Suggestions: Would’ve liked 2 free water bottles to use for the coffee maker and to hydrate until we could venture out and buy something. Would’ve liked a hand/body lotion included. (A wall-mounted dispenser, like the shampoo would be fine). Have more of an explanation for check-in and parking much earlier in the process, either on the Expedia page or in the confirmation email. Again, the phone call solved the need, but a few bullets about what to expect and step-by-step process would be helpful. (It should ask in the booking process if you need parking.) I definitely would stay there again!

If you are looking for a quiet, safe, and friendly place to visit then Steveston Village is the place to go and Steveston Waterfront Hotel is the perfect place to stay. We loved our stay, the "room" was more like a one bedroom apartment complete with a full size fridge. Which was perfect for us and our 14 year old pup. The room was clean, new, modern, and very quiet! We will be back very soon! Thanks Waterfront Hotel for an amazing stay.

Bel hôtel, propre, neuf, beau secteur. Nous avons eu un enjeu pour l’accès à la chambre. Le système de porte est défectueux. Compte tenu qu’il n’y a pas de réception comme un hôtel standard ça amène de l’insécurité pour quelqu’un qui n’est pas expert en technologies. On m’avait promis un dédommagement en compensation que je n’ai pas eu.

We liked the property but the noise level of the forced air in the room was absurd. We could only sleep a little with earplugs. You need to fix this noise! The rest was fine, the location great. We would have appreciated some room service in the 3 days stay.

Full 2 bedroom condo, 2 king beds & couch converted to bed. Only 1 bathroom. Underground parking requires code to enter. Property and condo very clean. Very safe and lovely walking area. Nearby grocery store & specialty shops & dining. Highly recommend this property and location. Near airport, Stanley Park, Aquarium & Science World.

It’s much better than my expectations, the only thing bothers me is there’s no bottle water available, I try to buy some, but there’s no continent store around here are open after 8pm. Maybe if there’s a vending machine in the lobby would be nice.

- late check in after 4pm we had to wait 45minuted and once we went to room it smelled heavily of cleaning products and we have a baby - flys and bugs all in around the room - curtains fell down when i opened them - rooms are NOT cleaned!! - no clear way to contact reception
