requested non-smoking; 1st room was LABELED Non-Smoking, but on opening the door, a wave of smoke-smell hit us. Gentleman at the desk was most apologetic and gave us another room. 2nd room was okay, but shower had visible mold on the horizontal seam of the shower, as well as in corners of the door. It was VERY visible from the toilet. Breakfast was less than expected: waffles, but no eggs or sausage (protein). Only bagels and white bread, no whole wheat or rye. Only two types of cereal, both sugared. All in all, okay, for the price, but I can't say much more than that.

Room is very outdated, and stains all over window coverings. Outside grounds and building looks good. Location was ok but farther away from where I needed to be than expected especially driving in a thunderstorm.

The carpet was old and dirty and did not look sanitary. The front office staff was cold and not energetic or friendly at all. Overall okay hotel but floors / carpets need to be changed to wood or laminate. Breakfast was fair and bed was nice and bathroom was really clean. Overall decent stay but floors need to be updated!

I stay at this hotel often for work. It's 1 of the cheapest in Richmond South. For your money it's what you'd expect. I've never found any bugs there which is a big plus. But there is usually a strong smell of cigarettes. The breakfast is free but there's never much there.

You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly enough, and the rooms were clean as far as I could tell, but the property is not well maintained or kept up. Trash in the parking lot and grass, the back stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks probably, many broken items and pieces of furniture in the rooms (to include the window which my child almost stuck her finger through). It is fine if you need a place to put your head down and get a night of rest. Not exactly the place you want to take your family with small kids to stay for a few days.
